About the Artist

Hello - My name is Kendall Carpenter and I live in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I create handmade pottery featuring original phrases and word combinations that reflect my perspective on the current state of political affairs and life in general in the United States. Each piece is individually crafted, combining functional ceramics with sometimes sweet, sometimes snarky remarks. My slogan is "Pottery with a Passion".

After retiring from a career as a CPA and CFO, I took up pottery as a hobby. It has become my passion. I like applying the same precision and discipline to pottery that I once applied to financial reporting. Every item is made by hand, designed with intention, and produced in my home studio.

My goal is simple: to create pottery that is well-made, visually clean, and meaningful—pieces that communicate something real. Thank you for supporting independent work and original design.
