Shipping

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. All items are handmade and may require additional processing time during high-volume periods.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Local pickup is available; use the code LOCAL at checkout to waive shipping charges.

Returns & Damaged Shipments

All sales are final due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of the work.
If an item arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours with photos so I am aware of the issue. The buyer is responsible for filing any damage claim directly with the shipping carrier. I will provide reasonable cooperation or documentation upon request.

Product Variations

Handmade pottery naturally includes variations in size, glaze, texture, and lettering. These characteristics are intentional and are not considered defects.

Custom Orders

Custom orders may be accepted on a limited basis. Full payment is required in advance.
Custom pieces are non-refundable once production begins.

Intellectual Property

All original phrases, word combinations, product designs, and photography displayed in this shop are the exclusive property of the artist.
These works are protected by U.S. copyright law from the moment of creation.
Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, or use of any wording, design, or image—whether for personal or commercial purposes—is prohibited.

Use of Content

Purchasing an item does not grant rights to reproduce, modify, or use the artwork, phrases, or designs for any purpose outside personal enjoyment of the physical product.
Requests for licensing or commercial use must be submitted directly to the artist.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase unless they have already shipped or production has begun on a custom piece.

Privacy Notice

This shop collects only the information necessary to process and fulfill your order—typically your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details (processed securely by the payment provider).
I do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties except as required to complete your transaction (e.g., shipping carriers or payment processors).
Payment information is not stored by this shop.
If you contact me directly, your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
Information is retained only as long as required for business, legal, or tax purposes.
