Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Local pickup is available using the code LOCAL at checkout.

Q: Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. If an item arrives damaged, notify me within 48 hours with photos. Buyers are responsible for filing any carrier claims.

Q: Why does my piece look slightly different from the photo?
All pottery is handmade. Variations in glaze, size, texture, and lettering are intentional features of the work.

Q: Do you take custom orders?
Custom orders may be accepted on a limited basis. Payment is required upfront, and custom pieces are non-refundable once production begins.

Q: Can I copy your phrases or designs?
No. All original phrases, designs, and images are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Q: What personal information do you collect?
Only what’s necessary to process your order. I do not store payment info or share your data except to complete your transaction.
